Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, optimising, and securing the NetSuite platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance business processes and maximise the system's potential. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality system support and improvements across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, optimise, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring system stability and security.
  • Lead NetSuite implementation projects from the organisation's end, managing deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, design interfaces, and support integration between systems.
  • Provide functional and technical support to the Global Finance Systems Lead.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot configuration settings defined by consultants across global markets.
  • Prepare reports, manage data, resolve technical issues, and document systems design and testing activities.
  • Implement changes to Crystal Report layouts and maintain an updated knowledge base.
  • Organise and support meetings, presentations, and training workshops for global end-users.
  • Proactively identify and assess risks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Systems Team to share insights and best practices.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Global Finance Systems Manager (UK-based).

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
  • Proven track record of implementing large-scale finance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, system optimisation, and ERP best practices.

Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant (required).
  • SAP Business One or other ERP certification (advantageous, but not essential).
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to build positive relationships across departments.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work outside normal hours when required.

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Tools & Systems: Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SQL Database, Solution 7, Sharperlight, Crystal Reports, SuiteQL.
  • Additional Knowledge (Advantageous): Blackline, Celigo, and other financial integration tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM19, RM21,000.00 per month
