Provide project implementation and post-live support for ERP implementation projects
Involve in pre-sales activities, gap analysis, including solution proposition
Analyse, design and provide solutions in accordance to customer requirements
Perform post-project implementation support
Produce necessary documentations for project implementation
Manage customer's expectations and satisfaction in project related tasks
Work with timeline to perform project implementation
Work with or provide guidance to team members in delivering project
Report to Manager on project status regularly
Manage development of cusomization to existing Globe3 ERP solution
Perform test and deployment of solutions by software engineers
Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics, care for client and customers that can meet or exceed expectations
Work with overseas branch office on projects
5 days work week, Mondays to Fridays.

**Requirements**:
Fresh graduates with positive attitude and strong desire to learn are welcome to apply
Minimum 5 years accounting, audit or ERP system implementation background
Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills with customers
Good analytical skills, data management and problem solving capabilities
Able to explain and dictate complex business workflows
Good knowledge of business operations in distribution, trading and/or manufacturing
Past experiences in accounting and/or programming is a PLUS
Good English communication skills; written and spoken

**Required language(s)**: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
Team player and able to work well with other members
Our goals to provide digitilization and a ERP systems to all trading, manufacturing, construction and servicing companies. We are a in-house developer for our ERP system
- Globe3 ERP which is able to handle each companies key processes.

The company first ventured into developing a web-based accounting software solution, and since then, it has developed beyond accounting solutions and is a an ERP solution comprising of not only accounting, supply chain management, customer relationship management, warehousing solution, payroll and project accountancy.
