Company Overview

Our client is a global multinational organization undergoing continuous improvement and digital transformation across its Finance operations. They are strengthening their Finance Systems team to support both Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities and ERP transformation projects, including the implementation and enhancement of enterprise financial systems.

This role is ideal for individuals with Finance ERP functional experience—whether in SAP FICO, PeopleSoft Financials, Workday Financials, or other finance modules—and who understand end-to-end accounting processes.

Working Mode

Hybrid: 3 days office; 2 days home

Key Responsibilities

ERP Finance Functional Support (AP/AR/GL) – BAU

  • Serve as a Finance ERP subject matter expert supporting global/regional Finance users.
  • Handle daily finance process cycles such as Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Project, AP/AR operations, GL posting, month-end closing, payment flow, and cash allocation.
  • Provide Level-2 functional support, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
  • Manage finance calendars and coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure timely processing.
  • Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and system process guides.
  • Provide data, reporting, KPIs analysis, and improvement recommendations to management.

ERP Transformation & Project Involvement

  • Participate in ERP enhancement initiatives, migration projects, and new module rollouts (e.g., SAP FICO, PeopleSoft Financials, Workday Financials).
  • Conduct process reviews, Fit-Gap analysis, and validation of data models.
  • Drive UAT planning, execution, and user mobilisation through demos and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with global and regional project teams in an agile/project-based environment.
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve finance processes, automation, and governance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or ERP functional support.
  • Experience with ERP Finance modules (SAP FICO, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle, NetSuite etc.), especially in AP, AR, GL, or month-end closing.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes (full sets of accounts).
  • Experience in Finance transformation, system enhancements, or IT–business projects is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in project mode—both independently and collaboratively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable presenting solutions to both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
