We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant – Supply Relationship Management (SRM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of strategic procurement and supplier collaboration solutions, with a strong focus on e-bidding, supplier lifecycle management, and end-to-end procurement digitization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring e-bidding events (forward/reverse auctions), managing supplier portals, and integrating SRM with core ERP systems—ideally within platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, Coupa, or Oracle SCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for strategic sourcing, e-bidding, supplier onboarding, performance management, and collaboration.
  • Design, configure, and manage e-bidding workflows, including event creation, bidder invitation, bid evaluation rules, auction setup (reverse/forward), and award recommendations.
  • Implement and support SRM modules covering supplier registration, qualification, risk assessment, KPI tracking, and self-service portals.
  • Configure catalog management, approval hierarchies, compliance rules, and integration points with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
  • Ensure seamless integration between e-procurement, e-bidding, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
  • Lead end-to-end testing, user training, documentation, and UAT for SRM and e-bidding functionalities.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and IT stakeholders to align SRM strategy with organizational goals, compliance, and sustainability (ESG) requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of functional consulting experience in SRM, strategic sourcing, and e-procurement, with direct hands-on experience in e-bidding/auction tools.
  • Proven implementation or support record with SAP Ariba Sourcing & Contracts, SAP SRM (with Bidding Engine), Coupa Sourcing, or Oracle Sourcing Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing cycles, RFx processes, bid evaluation methodologies, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Ability to configure complex bidding rules, scoring models, and real-time auction dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of master data governance for suppliers and materials/services.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to travel at the client site
