Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing
end-to-end project implementations
, handling
complex business requirements
, and providing expert functional support across multiple modules.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle
    Microsoft Business Central implementation projects
    — from requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage
    change requests
    , system enhancements, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and solution delivery.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and continuous process improvement support.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features, best practices, and Microsoft technology advancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of hands-on experience
    in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
  • Proven track record in
    end-to-end project implementation
    and managing complex solutions.
  • Strong functional knowledge across
    Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
    modules.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in
    presales activities
    or client engagement will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant
    Microsoft certification (e.g., MB-800)
    is an advantage.
