Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design tailored business solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on client needs and project objectives.
  • Provide functional and technical support, including end-user training during deployment and post-implementation phases.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as functional requirements, user manuals, and other project deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Microsoft technologies to propose innovative business solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, system design, and end-to-end implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
