Our client is a large conglomerates (IT software) is looking for Functional Consultant, Warehouse Management System (WMS) based in KL. They are seeking an experienced WMSFunctional Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, andoptimization of our Warehouse Management System. The ideal candidate willtranslate business requirements into effective WMS solutions, drive processimprovements in warehouse operations, and ensure seamless integration with othersystems. This role requires deep functional knowledge of warehouse processesand hands -on experience with leading WMS platforms. Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from warehouse and logistics stakeholders.Configure and customize WMS functionality (e.g., receiving, put -away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, labor management, yard management).Support system integration between WMS and ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle), TMS, and automation systems (e.g., conveyors, AS/RS, RF scanners).Develop and execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT); support defect resolution.Provide end -user training and create functional documentation (process flows, configuration guides, SOPs).Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.Collaborate with technical teams, projectmanagers, and change management leads throughout the project lifecycle. RequirementsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.4+ years of hands -on experience as a Functional Consultant on WMS implementations (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS Cloud, Infor SCM, etc.).Strong understanding of warehouse operations: inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, cross -docking, wave management, and slotting.Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems and material handling equipment (MHE) is highly desirable.Familiarity with process automation, barcode/RFID technologies, and real -time data capture.Excellent problem -solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in fast -paced, multi -site, or global deployment environments.Certification in a major WMS platform (e.g., SAP EWM) is a plus.
