**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Production Support assessment and resolution
- Responsible for Production Support framework for Incidents, Problem tickets and Change Requests resolution-based metrics
- Maintain and publish metrics on support areas and identify improvement opportunities
- Continuous effort improving Incident and Problem Management process within the team and enhance productivity of the support operations
- Develops, implements and maintains a knowledge base system for Incident analysis, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
- Works closely with business users to provide timely resolution

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master in Computer Science/ Information Technology
- A minimum of Six years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Production Operations support
- Must have hands-on experience in setups on Oracle EBS Modules (Order Management and Account Receivables)
- Well-verse in Order to Cash cycle and on modules like Order Management and Account Receivables
- Knowledge in Oracle’s development tools including PL/SQL, reports, forms, BI publisher, Workflow Builder and OAF
- Exposure to overall architecture of Oracle E-Business Suite and its interaction with other Oracle products
- Experience in engaging Oracle Support to research and resolve issues
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as planned and needed
- Applicant must be willing to work on any one of the assigned shifts on rotation basis (Malaysia Time), supporting customers globally.
- 1st Shift 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift 1 PM 10 PM
- 3rd Shift 9 PM 6 AM

Note: - The shift timings may change based on the business needs.

**Preferences**:

- Experience in at least two full life cycle Oracle implementations is desirable
- Having exposure to Lean and Agile Methodology will be an added advantage
- Certification in Oracle will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in ODI, Informatica, OBIE or SOA will be an added advantage
