Duration**:3-6 Month**

Department**:Human Resources**

Working Day/Hour **:Monday - Friday (8.30 - 6.00pm)**

**What You’ll Learn & Do**:

- Assist with recruitment & selection process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Support HR administrative tasks (filing, Documentation)
- Participate in employee engagement & training activities planning ( Can give full commitment in event planning)
- Learn HR policies, compliance, and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing/just completed a Diploma or Degree (prioritize for degree student) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & editing app (Canva, capcut)
- Have transportation
