**Job Descriptions**
- Assist work progress from beginning until handover project.
- Monitoring and coordinating construction works at the site, especially on Architectural works.
- Ensure all work done in accordance with the specification in good workmanship practice and without delay on progress.
- Controlling of resources such materials and ensure all material and machinery delivered to site conform to the purchase order.
- Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions.
- Control and manage subcontractors at site.
- Ensure all workers comply with safety regulations on site.
- Prepare and submit a proper record of site diary, site measurement, and project progress report.
- Daily supervision and monitoring of workers, sub-con, machinery, materials at the site.
- Prepare and maintain an up-to-date record on all materials at the site.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Construction
- Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
- Required skill(s): MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office
- Applicant must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
