**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Strategy**
- Research technologies to determine the feasibility of an idea or to verify that the idea will
function as envisioned
- Establish a development plan to define the fundamental organization of a system, embodied in its
components, their relationships to each other and the environment as well as the principles
governing its design and evolution
- Create diagrams to document process for better understanding in order to achieve results
- Manage the system to ensure the maximum efficiency and availability of the tool and related
technologies at optimal cost
- Plan and create schedules to properly organize and delegate tasks and assignments to team
members
- Develop training plans to properly guide the team on coding standards, task information and
references
- Manage overall project timeline and progress to ensure on time and proper delivery of projects
- Define and implement goals to meet SLA
- Research, select, implement and maintain digital solutions to enable Customer self-services
- Define, implement and measure OKRs, KPIs and Metrics systems to drive a performance-based
organization
- Create and update policies and guidelines to ensure governance and compliance
- Create and deploy Leadership programs to train individuals into becoming Customer centric,
innovative and inspiring leaders
- Develop and maintain health, safety and employee welfare to create a sustainable workplace

**Operations**
- Use web development tools to create and maintain websites
- Use web development tools to present feasibility study
- Use diagram tools to envision the system's relationship to each other
- Use diagram tools to envision the system's flowchart and data flow
- Use web development and analytical tools to analyze and maintain the efficiency of the system
- Collaborate with users to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to
resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines
- Support planning, prioritization and implementation of Adobe DAM roadmap
- Define or propose appropriate delivery platforms for various types of content, with attention to
access control, usability, search, and integration with other systems as appropriate
- Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Use analytical tools to measure organizational issues, identify root causes and implement short as well as permanent solutions
- Identify and eliminate all non-value adding activities through automation or outsourcing

**Qualifications, Minimum**
- **5-year extensive programming language experience**:

- **3-year Web Development Tech Lead Experience**:

- Analytical, Strategic, Structured, Collaborative, Resilient, Problem Solver, Mentor, Communicate Effectively, Proactive
- Understands deeply about the modern web platform, especially web components, progressive web apps
- Develop and maintain standards of software development and components where applicable
- **Strong Java / J2EE background in both front-end web design and AEM integration**:

- **Experience with AEM/CQ5 with at least 1 Full Cycle AEM Project**:

- **Strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5**:

- Strong verbal, and written communication skills
