Material Control Officer

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- To process orders, providing accurate documentations in accordance with relevance requirements.
- To ensure production receive full, accurate and on time orders.
- Update on system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiency.
- Activity involved in the on-time kitting of works orders and replenishment of line side stock.
- Activity involved in maintaining stock locations accuracy on company structure and ensuring tight stock control.
- Required to ensure good housekeeping, health and safety regulations are adhered within the work area.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Assist in the preparation of company parts.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 years' of working experience as a material control or related field.
- Able to work independently and has great communication skills.
- Required Skill(s): good time management skills, able to provide technical advice on spare parts specification, has an excellent knowledge of warehouse management skills.
- Must have good attitude, responsible and discipline.
**WORK LOCATION**:
Lot 753, Jalan Subang 3, Taman Perindustrian Subang, 47610 Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
