Precision Control Sdn Bhd is looking for a Maintenance & Security Officer.

Job Scope

  • Patrolling PC Group work premise both internally and externally to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors;
  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances;
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises;
  • Report irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences;
  • Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons;
  • Answer telephone calls to take message, answer questions, and provide information when necessary;
  • Monitor and inspect the maintenance schedule of office equipment and pets control;
  • To assist with minor repairs the defects of the building, as and when required;
  • Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary from time to time.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Must have army/military background of a minimum 20 years
  • Willing to perform basic office maintenance
