Trevabook Sdn. Bhd. is the company behind **Langkawibook.my**, a local travel e-commerce platform designed to make it easy for travelers to book car rentals, accommodations, and activity tickets in Langkawi. Our goal is to help local tourism businesses grow by offering a simple, online marketplace that connects them directly with customers—without relying only on social media or physical counters.
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented **Customer Experience Executive** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through multiple channels and helping to ensure smooth travel experiences for all users of our platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming calls and messages from new or existing customers and suppliers.
- Attend to walk-in guests and provide assistance in a professional manner.
- Assist customers and suppliers in resolving feedback or disputes.
- Check and update customers on booking statuses.
- Work with the operations team to manage complaints or service issues.
- Manage bookings, including date changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Coordinate with agents and suppliers for ground arrangements.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication, E-commerce, Tourism, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Able to remain calm, friendly, and helpful when dealing with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good understanding of tourism operations and administrative tasks.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- A team player with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Based in or willing to relocate to **Langkawi Island**.
