**Job Summary**
- Show helpfulness, warmth and love to client's needs
- Receive goods into your premises, unwrap parcels
- Process orders by picking items from store
- Calculate stocks quantity before assembling process
- Assemble products into gift baskets or gift boxes
- Generate waybills, print and request for pickup delivery
- Beautify every gift box or package to ensure they look good
- Quality check every gift item to ensure no damage
- Handwrite client's personal messages on cards
- Hand over packed parcels to delivery partners timely

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Fulfillment & Project Assembly**:

- Ensure online gift orders are packed and fulfilled accurately within 1 business day.
- Coordinate with the project operations team to assemble and deliver project / bulk order gift on time.
- Communicate progress, assembly needs, and stock requirements clearly with the operations team to avoid delays.

**Sustainable Gift Packaging & Process Improvement**:

- Suggest innovative ideas for sustainable packaging materials and gift aesthetics.
- Propose enhancements to assembly processes that align with sustainability goals.
- Create impact-driven gift bundles that resonate with customers and the company’s values.

**Content Creation & Social Media Management**:

- Capture snapshots of products and packing processes using photos and videos.
- Develop engaging content using Canva, including stories, posts, and visuals for social media.
- Manage social media pages to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through meaningful storytelling.

**Stock & Planning Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure early planning to avoid last-minute purchases.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag restocking needs.
- Plan and schedule packing and assembly activities to ensure smooth operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to cope in a fast paced environment (you thrive when juggling multiple task)
- Attention to detail even the smallest things (you are observant)
- Demonstrate teamwork support (you know what it takes to support others instead of isolating yourself)
- Excellent communication skills (not shy to ask or speak)
- Manage to commit at least 4 hours per day (part-time basis)
- Prefer to be on-site near to Damansara Jaya location.
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract available. If contract length: 6 month
- Part-time hours: Min 20 hours per week
