As a Team Leader, you’ll support the restaurant’s daily operations and play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences. You’ll help coordinate the team during service, ensure a smooth workflow, and lead by example on the floor. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and looking to grow into a leadership path.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Take part in opening and closing duties, including setup and team briefings.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Guide and motivate service staff during shifts to maintain consistency.
- Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor adherence to service sequences, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist in managing stock levels and requisitions for the service area.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B setting.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in assisting and guiding other team members.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods.
- Professional grooming and a warm, guest-focused approach.
- Familiar with basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Comfortable using POS systems (training will be provided if needed).
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
