Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to make a difference in the solar energy industry? Join our team as a **Sales Admin** and play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing client relations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between new clients, the licensing department, and financing parties to ensure smooth communication and processing.
- Monitor and track client progress throughout the sales and installation process, ensuring timely updates and support.
- Manage bookings for accommodations, transportation, and other arrangements needed for client meetings, site visits, and other business events.
- Organize and schedule events, meetings, and other activities related to sales and project coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
