**Job responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize construction documents, such as drawings, permits, and reports.
- Facilitate effective communication between construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and project-related information
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointment, and project-related activities
- Update project-related data in the construction management system or spreadsheets
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations
- Prepare regular reports on office activities, project progress, and document tracking
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative duties, preferably in Procurement
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to organize documents and maintain an orderly office environment
**Job Location**: Bandar Bukit Raja

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
