Report to Operation Manager
- At least with 3-5 years working experience in Manager level at the Bakery, Food & Beverage industry. Preferably Supervisor specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
- Manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of their branches by directing all operational aspects of each branch and driving sales whilst minimizing costs through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back-office support.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills & customer satisfaction.
- Initiative and with leadership skills to manage a team.
- Ability to spot and resolve outlet’s problems efficiently.
- Preferable able to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin
