**About Us**:
Sambal Bakar Malaya is a growing restaurant brand that delivers authentic Malaysian grilled dishes and unique sambals. We’re looking for a motivated and capable **Outlet Manager** to oversee the operations of our Subang Bestari outlet. If you’re passionate about food and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**:

- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Maintain company standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent service.
- Manage staff schedules and attendance to ensure proper coverage.
- Provide training and development to improve team performance.
- **Inventory & Cost Control**:

- Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Manage cash handling and daily financial reporting accurately.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Build relationships with customers to maintain loyalty.
- **Reporting**:

- Submit daily sales and performance reports to the HQ.
- Highlight any operational challenges and propose solutions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Qualifications**: Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or related fields (experience will be prioritized).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
