Job Summary

The Outlet/Café Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, handling inventory, and driving sales while creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily café operations, including staffing, customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness.

· Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.

· Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.

· Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure adequate supply levels.

· Prepare and analyze sales reports, control costs, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Plan staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee payroll submissions.

· Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotions and seasonal campaigns.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

· Drive a positive, team-oriented work culture within the outlet.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
  • Due to the nature of business, Mandarin speaker is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
