Outlet Service Supervisor

**Job Scope**:
- Supervise and assist in daily front-of-house (FOH) operations to ensure efficient service flow.
- Lead and motivate service staff including waiters, cashiers, and hosts during shifts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, cleanliness, and overall dining experience.
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Assist in training new staff on service standards, hygiene practices, and POS usage.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor FOH inventory and inform management of restocking needs.
- Conduct proper opening and closing duties, including shift handover and cashiering tasks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and food safety guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service crew role in F&B.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and cashiering processes.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Energetic, reliable, and passionate about customer service and team performance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,863.85 - RM4,306.55 per month
