Genting Highlands, Malaysia Only World Group Berhad Full time

As a **Theme Park Crew** member at Snow World, you’ll play an important role in delivering a magical and memorable winter experience. You’ll help customer to adjust to frosty environments, ensure attractions and play area run smoothly and safely, and uphold the park’s cleanliness and customer service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide customers through temperature transition zones, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Distribute protective clothing (jackets, snow caps).
- Oversee snow-based attractions.
- Assist with daily snow upkeep; clean top layers and replenish with fresh artificial snow multiple times per day.
- Conduct routine safety checks, report defects, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Ensure customers safety by enforcing rules in snow zones and attractions.
- Help manage visitor flow and maintain orderly queues to ensure everyone enjoys safely.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness.
- Welcome customers with warmth and friendliness, to always offer attraction guidance, and assist with any on-site inquiries.
- Assist at counter, manage the lost‑and‑found, or support other operational areas as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum educational requirement: SPM or equivalent. Fresh grads are welcome.
- Outstanding communication skills; both in BM and English.
- Comfortable and physically fit for working in cold environments.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to relocate to Genting Highlands (hostel provided).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
