Job Summary:
Executive is responsible for using their knowledge and skills to promote a positive health and safety culture in the workplace. They are responsible for ensuring that employers and workers comply with OSH legislation and that OSH policies and practices are adopted and adhered to.

Working Relationship/Environment:
This is an onstage and offstage position involving work within an office, theme park, cable car and midway attractions environment. Work will be required to be performed both outdoor and indoor, walking through the theme park/cable car/ midway attractions area to monitor the OSH compliance of all guests and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- Fresh graduate or with 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience which is involved in Occupational Safety and Health.

Core & Technical Competencies:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate or with 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience which is involved in Occupational Safety and Health.
- Preferred registered Safety Health Officer with DOSH and valid green book holder or certified OSH- Coordinator
- Familiar with Malaysia OSH Legislation such as OSHA 1994, OSH (Amendment) 2022
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills to interact with all levels of employees and management from various departments, external consultants and vendors, government bodies, and etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving skills in making quick, independent and rational decisions.
- Understand the framework of general Safety & Health as per OSHA 994 and OSH (Amendment) Act 2022
- Strong team player, time management, result driven and flexibility is essential.
- Leadership & teamwork qualities required.
- Proven organisational skills required.

Major Responsibilities

**Finance**
- To support stakeholder risk management criteria’s which cover buildings, facilities, equipment and supplies in order to minimize damage, reduce waste and control costs.
- To actively seek and implement cost saving programs in order provide positive financial results around safety and health of theme park personnel.

**Customer**
- To display a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our Guests and stakeholders in order to support the company vision, core values and brand promise.
- To represent and promote Genting Theme Parks in a positive manner at all times in order to maintain a professional brand image to all concerned stakeholders.
- To listen actively to our Guest feedback, request and concerns in order to take actions in an ethical, effective and timely manner to exceed their expectations.
- To enforce attraction rules and provide crowd control in a friendly manner throughout the areas as necessary in order to ensure the Guest's safety and enjoyable experience.

**Process**
- To comply with company standards at all times in order to drive and improve business excellence.
- To understand, follow and enforce all standard operating procedures in order to exceed the operational requirements and ensure Guests receive the highest standards of quality and service at all times.
- To help achieve department and company objectives, action plans and key performance indicators.
- To enforce and adhere to all Malaysian laws, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations, reporting and safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimize risk and maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for all Guest and stakeholders within the parks.
- To manage emergency situations that may arise in order to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any Guests, stakeholders and Company property.

**Learning & Growth**
- To attend training and development programs in order to promote personal and career growth.
