**Payroll Executive**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Handle payroll processing.
- Ensure that the monthly payroll processing is completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation to meet the statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits exercises.
- Perform variance analysis on the payroll movements.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
- Handle ad-hoc assigned projects from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or related accounting professional qualifications (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA,CPA, CIMA)
- Minimum one year experience in handling end to end payroll processing.
- Able to handle all confidential matters with sensitivity and integrity.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
