**FINANCE & ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE- IMMEDIATELY**

**MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE & HANDLE FULL SET OF ACCOUNT**

**SALARY PACKAGE : RM 2,500 - RM 3,800** depends on experience

**Location : Work & stay at Genting Permai - Hostel Provided**

**EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Claim.**

Job requirement:

- Required skill(s) **:MUST** experience at least **1-2 years working experience and handling Full Set Account**, SQL system (Advantage) and Microsoft.
- **Detailed, Responsible and patient** person in work.
- **Punctuality, Good time management and strong sense of responsibility.**:

- Need to **manage few junior staffs**:

- Able to work under pressure and self-motivated.
- Required language(s) **:English, Bahasa Malaysia**, Mandarin (Advantage).
- Possess own transport : (Optional)
- Working day **:6 working days**

Job Scope:

- Handle full sets of account.
- Preparing monthly, yearly management account.
- Monitoring receivables and payable.
- Preparing monthly Revenue Report (Accommodation)
- Upload report to property owner (Accommodation)
- Handling & communicate billing with supplier/building property
- Handling & communicate with Owner of each unit property
- Assisting in audit and taxation.
- Assisting in preparing invoice, claim and payment.
- Assisting in preparing payroll.
- All Office administrative job coverage.
- Assist in any other ad hoc work.
