- Coordinating project activities with various internal departments and external parties to ensure project deliverables are achieved and management’s approval is obtained.
- Supporting the department in collecting information, analyzing data, conducting research and preparing reports for management discussions and decision making.
- Managing the department’s documentation, filing and tracking of projects.
- Supporting the department in administrative tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration or its equivalent
- Working knowledge of personal computers and online tools.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in either/both Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
- Enjoys working with people but equally adept in working independently.
- Demonstrated competencies in project management e.g. multitasking, attention to detail, follow up and tracking to achieve project goals.
