Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Human Resource Functions
- Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and attendance
- Coordinate staff scheduling and leave management
- Support HR policy implementation and compliance
- Organize training, staff briefings, and performance reviews

Accounting Functions
- Handle daily bookkeeping, petty cash, and expense tracking
- Assist with invoice processing, smupplier payments, and collections
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Help prepare monthly reports, payroll summaries, and claims
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies when required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 1-3 years working experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Familiar with payroll systems, EPF/SOCSO, LHDN, and basic HR documentation
- Knowledge in basic hotel accounts procedures such as night audit, reconciliation, and P&L reporting is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar)
- Able to work independently, trustworthy, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be based in Genting Highlands (staff accommodation may be provided)

Additional Details:

- Position Level: Junior Executive
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Days/Hours: 5 days/week (flexible depending on hotel operations)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
