Administrator Executive

**Position: Administrator Executive - Teashop**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functions.
- Handle documentation, correspondence, invoices, and record-keeping.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and related tasks.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure operational needs are met.
- Oversee inventory management for office supplies and teashop equipment.
- Assist in human resource management, including payroll, attendance, and staff training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve administrative issues efficiently.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administration or operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative systems.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
