We are looking for a motivated Teacher Assistant to be the point of contact for our P3 Programs. You will work closely with school and learning center personnel, ensuring smooth program operations and high customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate effective communication with parents, students, and teachers through various channels.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement the strategic direction and operational plans for the program.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to established procedures and working closely with team members.
- Coach students as needed to support their development within the program.
- Organize and promote program-related events, managing the event calendar and logistics.
- Support program design and assist in sourcing and allocating qualified instructors as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for program activities, accommodating participants’ availability.
- Oversee the enrolment process to ensure a smooth experience for all involved.
- Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records for all program participants.
- Collect and analyse feedback from students, parents, and staff to inform program improvements and generate reports.

**Requirements**:

- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and customer relation skills.
- Passion for working with kids.
- Own transport and driving license (required to travel around Klang Valley).
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Fresh Graduates with a passion for learning.
- Minimum proficiency in English: Fair
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be a plus
- Able to work on fixed schedule (8am-5pm)
