**Restaurant Manager**

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Support**:

- Help hire, train, and manage restaurant staff.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment

**Operations Assistance**:

- Support daily restaurant tasks, including opening and closing.
- Ensure smooth service and manage reservations.

**Customer Service Help**:

- Assist in providing excellent customer service.
- Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.

**Financial Support**:

- Aid in managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Help monitor financial reports for better decision-making.

**Inventory and Supplies**:

- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies.

**Menu Collaboration**:

- Work with kitchen staff on menu planning.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality food.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Help maintain health and safety standards.
- Ensure staff follows food safety rules.

**Training Assistance**:

- Help train new employees and support ongoing development.

**Scheduling Help**:

- Assist in creating and managing staff schedules.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Interact with customers, address feedback, and improve guest experience.

**Technology Use**:

- Use and manage restaurant technology systems.

**Problem Solving**:

- Assist in resolving challenges and conflicts among staff.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management administration
- Good understanding of MS Office and restaurant software programs.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
