**Job Scope**:

- Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handling customer complains in a calm and collected manner.
- Deliver world-class customer service while responding to customer inquiries and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Added advantage for Mandarin speakers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Working Hours**:

- Rotational shifts (Mon - Sun)
- 9 hours working (inclusive 1 hour break)

**Job Types**:

- Contracts (24 months)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
