**Position: Admin Position**
**Location**: Johor Jaya
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM2800
- Allowances + RM300 (Full Attendance Bonus)
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday : 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork (Quotation, PO, DO & Invoice)
- Scheduling: Arranging work for technicians
- Data Entry
- Stock & Store Management
- Customer Service: Handling inquiries from walk-in customers & social media
- Workload is shared with another admin
**Requirements**:
- Must have own transport
- Traits: Willing to learn, adaptable, proactive & able to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay:
- Attendance bonus
