**Department Overview**: Global Repair Services Organization is part of the Global Customer Operations. The organization handles critical functions such as Repair Services, Customer Experience and Order Management. Together, we foster the integrated unit, driven by our shared passion for delivering exceptional customer-centric solutions.
**Global Repair Services Business Analyst**
- Represents the Business Users, working closely with Stakeholders to translate User Requirements into Business User Stories
- Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
- Provide consultation to cross-functional teams to address business issues.
- Develop key metrics, dashboards, and associated data views to support management decision makers.
- Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
- Review, audit and approve supplier invoices on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure integrity of reporting.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Time to time projects will be assigned to lead on i.e customer satisfaction project, digitalization, transformation and automation project, and process/cost continuous improvement project. Prepare project plans and schedules. Provide status updates of assigned projects to the management.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Experience in financial analysis, data flow analysis and project management.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Soft skills, such as leadership abilities and excellent written and verbal communication
- Technological proficiency and technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated expertise in your area of specialization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking.
- Able to support globally function with different time zone.
- Experiences in related field will be added advances.
- Willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
