**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administration
- Overseeing daily administrative operations
- Oversee facility upkeeping and maintenance
- Oversee office supplies (purchase and restock) and equipment
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Facilitate communication between departments for information flow and collaboration
- Managing all licences related to operation of business
- Handle filing responsibilities
- Ad-Hoc Task (Assist Finance Team)
- Check and verify Staff Claims for Malaysia and Singapore
- Check associates’ sessions with monthly UD, Community and EAP
- Validate or countercheck between Associates and Account Managers for discrepancies
- Check and update community bank transaction
- Backup for Community - for serving client and collection
**Qualifications**:
- SPM - Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (Malaysian Certificate of Education)/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration / Management or equivalent
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year experience

- Open to learning and teachable
- Fluent in English. Bahasa Melayu and Chinese would be an advantage
