Assist in preparing meeting materials, arranging meeting schedules, and taking meeting minutes;
- Manage the filing system to ensure that documents are filed in an orderly manner.
- Office Operations Management:

- Order and manage office supplies and equipment maintenance;
- Coordinate daily administrative needs and resource allocation of internal departments;
- Assist in organizing internal events, training or meetings.
- Financial and Clerical Assistance:

- Assist with basic accounting records, expense reports, and preparation and submission of invoices;
- Assist in preparing company reports, contracts and related business documents.
- Customer and Supplier Support:

- Assist in communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and business partners;
- Follow up on general business inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Project Operations Support:

- Assist the project team with data collection, progress tracking, and clerical support;
- Assist in writing meeting minutes, project reports, and business presentations.

**Requirements**:
At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration, Business Management, or related fields.

Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative or office assistant roles is preferred;
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with strong learning ability and a responsible attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic office software;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other commonly used business languages;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Personality Traits:
Detail-oriented, punctual, responsible, and a strong team player;
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision;
High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive documents and information.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English is required;
Proficiency in an additional language, such as Mandarin, is an advantage for roles involving communication with specific market segments.
Other Requirements:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and diverse work environment;
Eagerness to learn and grow in the fields of e-commerce, IT consultancy, or business consultancy.
