**Your new company**

You will be joining a fast-paced organisation who are rapidly growing in the market. To align with their business plans, they are looking for DC Manager to lead the warehousing team and increase efficiency in day-to-day activities.

**Your new role**

As a DC Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintains physical condition of distribution centre by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Oversee operations - shipment inbound, loading and delivery daily by coordinating distribution centre team with efficient timing and workload schedules.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Key requirements:

- At least 5-10 years managing Warehouse Operations or,
- Possess a Diploma or Degree with at least 5 years in Warehouse field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- FMCG, Food or Retail background is preferred
- Well-versed in SAP, WMS, ERP or Oracle
- Has led IT implementation projects would be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership skills and able to lead team members
