**As a Import/Export Administrator, you will be responsible**:
- In charge of trade operations.
- Import/export procedures and related documentation, order placement/receipt procedures, delivery date adjustment.
- Inventory control at the warehouse
- Other related duties as necessary.
**Qualification**:
At least Diploma in any field, preferably logistics/supply chain.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:
- Have previous working experience in import/export operations is required
- Resourceful problem solver, capable of finding solutions.
- Ability to work independently, able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Experience working for a Japanese company is a plus.
- Able to speak and write Mandarin. Japanese Language skills is an added advantage.
- Have driving license and willing to travel.
