Payable Assurance Analyst

Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This will be including process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

As a Payable Assurance Analyst you will be working closely with a group of professionals supporting the team within Global Finance Organization.

As a Payable Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and/or review transactions related to accruals/deferrals, amortization, etc. This would include accrual validation for closing activities.
- Providing assurance through balance review, validation on assets and liabilities account.
- Providing risk assessment on the recovery of receivables, deposits, prepaid balances, non-settlement of liabilities that would have potential P&L impact.
- Preparing balance sheet account reconciliation and review in Blackline tool to include the investigation and resolution of unreconciled balances.
- Covering balance sheet fluctuation analysis to include aging and composition of balances.
- Ensuring the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of the Financials. Providing support for internal and external audit request.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's Level in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/ etc).
- Have minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance
- Have proven key track records and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Possess good critical analytical and problem-solving skills, with can do attitude.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have knowledge with ERPS such as Oracle and SAP
- Show good collaborator and has sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Initiator of change
- Proactive attitude that brings new energy to the team
