Job Title: AP Assurance Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Accounts Payable Assurance for Other Assets and Liabilities.
  • Maintain and review deposit and prepayment trackers.
  • Prepare and review Balance Sheet Reconciliations (Blackline).
  • Ensure all tasks comply with internal (RCM) and external (SOX, US GAAP) policies.
  • Support process improvement and automation.
  • Work closely with FP&A, Controllership, and auditors.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in Shared Services.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience using SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Professional qualification (CPA / ACCA / CIMA) is an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
