**Job Summary**:
The Admin Executive is responsible for **providing comprehensive administrative and operational support**to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The role involves **handling documentation**, **issuing quotations** and **invoices**, coordinating **product sourcing**, **maintaining records**, and assisting with **basic accounting tasks** including data entry for financial transactions and P&L report generation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration or operations.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in English language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work independently, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Have a strong sense of responsibility
- Interested with IT is an advantage

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Working Location**:

- Eco Galleria, Iskandar Puteri

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
