- To ensure data and records are always up to date;
- To assist in day-to-day operations and admin functions as and when assigned from time to time;
- To coordinate with different department for materials need to deliver to client/station;
- To responsible for ordering and monitoring levels of stocks for stationery, pantry and etc.;
- To assist in ad-hoc job duties if any.

**Requirement**:

- No experience required;
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply;
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Able to work under minimum supervision;
- Computer literacy and able to learn new technology quickly;
- Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail is a must;
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task;
- Only full-time position is available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
