About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Executive, Merchant Partnership** to join our growing Rewards Platform Division. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing our network of merchant partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to business growth by ensuring strong, mutually beneficial relationships with merchants across various industries. You will also support strategic initiatives that enhance merchant satisfaction and optimize partner performance.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Merchant Acquisition**
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain merchant partners in line with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new merchants to expand the company’s customer base and revenue channels.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to engage potential merchants.
- Provide onboarding assistance and training on the S-Rewards Centre portal and dashboard.
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to discover new partnership opportunities.
**2. Merchant Relationship Management**
- Build strong relationships with existing merchants to understand their business needs and support their success.
- Collaborate with merchants to drive growth, troubleshoot issues, and deliver ongoing support across multiple functions, including:
- Sales & Marketing
- Product/SKU Management
- Promotions & Campaigns
- Order Fulfilment & After-Sales
- Payment Settlement
- Technical Support
- Act as a liaison between merchants and internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor merchant performance and business plans, offering insights and coaching to drive improvements.
- Stay updated on market trends and provide recommendations for growth and innovation.
Qualifications & Skills
**Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
