**Responsibility**:

- Involving in designing of ACMV system including sizing of ducting, piping and simple wiring work orientated to an optimum balance of the best engineering design practices and the profitability of a project.
- Scrutinize subcons/suppliers' scope of works/supplies to fully comply with clients/consultants’ technical requirements.
- Preparing shop drawings for consultants/client approval.
- Design and drafts various HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting.
- Preparations of Plans, Sections, Details, Isometric drawings.
- Preparation of MEP wall builders work, Roof builders work, below rise floor coordination and sleeve drawings.
- Preparation of Co-ordinations drawings connecting all MEP works
- Preparation of chiller plant room plan and sections
- Comments compliance, revisions and consultants follow up
- Prepare Quantity Survey, Material Take-Off of the building.
- Prepare As-Built drawing, Co-coordinating with site installation.
- Report to Project Engineer/ Project Manager and update with the specification provided in tender drawings.
- Keep good filling of the project drawings and documents.

Requirement:

- Required skill(s): can perform drawings according to engineering design, able to adapt/follow the standards set by the Drafting Department, MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, Design Software and Others related to sketch / design / 2D or 3D drawing skills.
- Preferably experienced in Applied Mechanical or ACMV systems or HVAC industry.
- Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work overtime if required.
- Willing to travel outstation within Peninsular Malaysia.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
