**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- To welcome and support students during arrivals, weekend and departures and assist with check-in/out procedures.
- Attending to the needs of the student. Display an awareness of the special requirements of students, including paying attention to students with a disability/medical condition to ensure the health and medical needs are attended timely to avoid complications.
- Promote good order in the residence and provide a friendly and welcoming environment; ensuring that students comply with the accommodation regulations, and to manage anti-social behaviour where required.
- Conduct frequent cabin inspections to ensure the standard cabin layout is followed.
- Be the first point of call in an emergency and assess the severity of the case before deciding the appropriate action.
- Produce fully written reports for handover and record keeping purposes, including health and safety incident reports for Management’s updates and facilitate decision making where required.
- Report to Regimentation Officer on student behavior and welfare to ensure issues are attended promptly in the best way possible.
- Safeguard the security of the accommodation. Accompany staff in charge to conduct regular fire, health, and safety checks to maintain students’ safety and security in the campus.
- Ensure the standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in public areas within the accommodation buildings, which will include extra cleaning where necessary to promote a clean, neat, and tidy living environment.
- Notify the appropriate Authority of any irregularity including missing students in accordance with the agreed procedures.
- Conduct routine patrolling to make sure that order of the campus and the students are maintained on daily basis to preserve high discipline among the students in the campus.
- Strictly follow the right procedure in delivering task assigned by Head of Department.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in security or student affairs with at least 3 years of relevant working experience as warden in Education industry.
- Experience in armed forces or security services is added advantage.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- PMR (With experience in the Malaysia Armed Forces), SPM, OR Diploma (Added Advantage).
- Good written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
