Spa Supervisor

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee therapist schedule
- Engage with potential customers in the airport area to effectively promote and sell spa services.
- Upsell additional services, packages, and products to enhance the customer's experience.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques
- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to attract new clients.
- Meet sales targets set by the Spa
- Greet guests, provide them with necessities, and escort them to their treatment rooms or relaxation areas.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintains the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress and appearance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience or any related to providing good service to customers.
- Well spoken of English language.
- Presentable and well-groomed.
- Interested in working in Spa lounge.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts including overnight shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
