**Position**:Credit Recovery Officer

**Tenure**:6 Month Contract (Renewable based on performance)

**Salary**:RM 2500 - RM 3000 (Basic Salary) + Commission

**Location**:Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment.
- Handle inbound calls (related to unblocking devices or recovery-related matters) and negotiate payment arrangements with the customer.
- Proceed with the unblocking request (if applicable/necessary) upon approval.
- Update CRM & UCCS (systems) on calls made and actions taken for each customer.
- Take up any other ad-hoc matters.

**Job Requirements**:

- **SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.**:

- **Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.**:

- **Minimum 1 to 2 years of credit control/recovery work experience.**:

- Possess a positive working attitude.
- Fully vaccinated with at least one booster jab for Covid-19.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
