**As our legal clerk, you will be working with our conveyancing team to provide strong support to the firm to serve our clients' legal needs.**

**Responsibility for legal clerk**:

- **Handle sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);**
- **Handle all loan documentation for end-financing;**
- **Handle all other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc.**
- **Liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments;**
- **Monitor the progress of clients' files, to maintain and update file status on our operation system;**
- **To administer files and maintain correspondences and documents in proper filing system; and**
- **To assist in general administrative and clerical jobs assigned by the superior.**

**Job Types: Internship**

**Contract length: 3 months**

**Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM**

**Working Location will be at Johor Bahru and allow you to work from home**
