**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative & Coordination Support**
- Handle the Audit Manager's schedule, which involves arranging appointments and meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external clients to facilitate a seamless flow of information.
**2. Business & Financial Support**
- Provide support for routine finance administrative work.
- Accountable for tracking audit and reporting deadlines and ensuring all submissions are made correctly and punctually.
**3. Task Monitoring & Follow-Up**
- Keep tabs on unfinished tasks and give proactive reminders to team members to make sure all assignments are finished punctually.
- Keep checklists for routine duties and reporting schedules up to date.
- Ensure all documentation and support materials are submitted correctly and as needed.
**4. Other Duties**
- Handle other tasks assigned by the Audit Manager on an as-needed basis.
- Handle all sensitive information with strict confidentiality and extreme care, in a professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage tasks with mínimal supervision
- Must be Chinese (for communication with manager and clients)
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Takes ownership of work with a strong sense of responsibility
- Reliable, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Possess a valid driving license and able to drive
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
