**Job Scope:

- **
- **Manage Online Sales Channels**: Oversee product listings, promotions, and campaigns on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or Shopify, and others.
- **Product Optimization**: Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are competitive and aligned with market trends.
- **Order Management**: Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- **Market Research**: Analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to drive seamless operations.
- **Performance Marketing**: Assist in managing paid ads on e-commerce platforms and social media to boost conversions.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales or a similar role.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or Shopify, and others.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
